These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the ceo87 platform and all of its services. The key terms used in this document are defined below:

1.1 Definitions

• "Platform" means the ceo87 website, mobile version, and all associated digital services.
• "User" or "You" means any visitor to the platform, whether registered or unregistered.
• "Account" means a user's registered profile.
• "Services" means all gaming, betting, and financial transaction facilities provided by ceo87.
• "Bonus Funds" means money added to an account under a promotional offer, which carries its own wagering requirements.

1.2 Applicability of Terms

2.1 Age Requirement

ceo87's services are available only to individuals aged 21 or older. If any user creates an account using false information while being underage, their account will be closed immediately and all balances will be forfeited.

2.2 Account Creation Requirements

• Each user may open only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• All information provided at registration must be true, accurate, and up to date.
• It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential.
• You are solely responsible for all activity carried out through your account.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

ceo87 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until the verification process is complete. Failure to provide the required documents may result in account restrictions.

3.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit at ceo87 is ৳500 per method. Accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks). Providing incorrect details at the time of deposit may cause the transaction to fail.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 5–30 minutes.
• Withdrawal requests are processed once verification is complete. Incomplete KYC may delay withdrawals.
• Withdrawals to the same method used for the deposit are recommended.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

3.3 Currency

All transactions on ceo87 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits in any other currency are not accepted.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a bonus of ৳1,500 and a total balance of ৳2,500. Or, depositing ৳12,000 gives a maximum bonus of ৳8,000 and a total balance of ৳20,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Before withdrawing bonus winnings, you must wager 15 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 15 = ৳22,500 in wagers must be placed before bonus winnings become withdrawable.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• The welcome bonus cannot be claimed more than once from the same person, device, or IP address.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred to another account.
• ceo87 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotional offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, the account in question may be subject to investigation and the bonus may be cancelled.

The ceo87 VIP program has four tiers. The benefits of each tier are listed below:

• Bronze: Maximum weekly cashback of 0.2%.
• Silver: Maximum weekly cashback of 0.5%.
• Gold: Maximum weekly cashback of 0.8%.
• Platinum: Maximum weekly cashback of 1.0%.

You can advance to higher tiers through regular and active play. If VIP membership is misused or any terms are violated, ceo87 reserves the right to suspend or cancel VIP benefits. VIP reward cashback is generally applied on a weekly basis and may also be subject to wagering requirements.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ceo87 platform:

• Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Attempting to exploit the system through bonus abuse, coordinated betting, or arbitrage strategies.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities in the platform or attempting to hack it.
• Depositing funds from illegal sources or attempting any form of money laundering.
• Creating or operating an account using a false identity.
• Harassing or acting fraudulently toward other users.
• Using any automated software, bot, or script to conduct betting or gaming.

If evidence of any of the above activities is found, ceo87 may close the account without notice and forfeit all balances.

7.1 ceo87's Rights

ceo87 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause in these terms.
• Suspicion of fraud, deception, or illegal activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification or providing false information.
• Instruction from a court, regulatory body, or law enforcement authority.

7.2 User Rights

You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting [email protected]. For voluntary account closures, any valid balance will be returned subject to applicable wagering requirements being met.

The ceo87 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. ceo87 accepts no financial or other liability for the following:

• Service interruptions caused by internet connection failures or third parties.
• Losses resulting from a user's own negligence or failure to comply with the terms.
• Data loss caused by unforeseen technical failures.
• Security vulnerabilities in a user's own device or network.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, ceo87's maximum liability is limited to the actual deposit amount involved in any single transaction.

ceo87 reserves the right to partially or fully update these terms at any time. Notice will be provided on the platform before any changes take effect. Continuing to use the platform after changes have been made means you have accepted the updated terms.

If any clause in these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining clauses will remain in full effect. These terms constitute the entire agreement between the user and ceo87 and supersede any prior oral or written understandings.
